      Currently, qomash provides delivery service to Gulf countries only.

      Our vendors are currently using different logistics companies such as DHL, Aramex, SMSA and others.

      Once your order has been shipped, you will notified by email about the shipment. You can track your shipment status from the order details page where you can find the shipment tracking number and the shipping company name. Alternatively, you can use the tracking number to track the shipment status by visiting the shipping company website and entering the traking number or contacting the shipping company.

      Your order may contain items from more than one seller / brand, in this case you will receive the items in more than one package from each seller separately.

      Delivery time depends on the seller’s location (the country from which the order is shipped) and the customer’s location in which the order will be delivered. In the case of local orders within the same country, the order will be delivered within one or two days. In the case of the order from one Gulf country to another, the order will be delivered within 3-5 working days.

      You can use credit / debit cards to pay for your purchases securely on qomash.

      We want to make sure everything in your order is in perfect condition before it is dispatched to you. Sometimes, the items or size you bought may be the last item available at our seller`s stores. During the normal quality check, it does not go past this stage because it is not at the required standard that we want to send you, so it is canceled. Please check our email updates as it will include the latest information about your order and the refund amount for any cancelled item(s)where applicable.

      You can return the defected or not as described item in the website item within 48 hours from the date of receiving the order. Please create a return request by logging into your account and clicking on the "Return" option and fill in the necessary information. If you have made the purchase as a "guest" you may send us the return request by email to care@qomash.com

      Note, follow the below for your returned item to be accepted:

      • A request to return the item is created by logging into your account and submitting the return request for the order, where you will be notified that your request has been accepted within 1-2 days.
      • The order has to be returned to the same address of the seller/ shipper.
      • The item must be in good condition, unused, and labeled with the trademark.
      • The item must be returned with the original brand box/ packaging it was sent to. (If applicable)

      You can create an order to replace the item size by logging into your account and filling out the form for the replacement and the size you want. In the event that the required size is available, your request will be accepted and notified by e-mail in order to ship the item and return it to the seller. Once the item reaches the seller, the seller checks the returned item condition, and ships the product with the new size within one day. Rules and conditions for return:

      • The item should be replaced within 48 hours from the date you received the order.
      • The item must be in good condition, unused, and labeled with the trademark.
      • The item must be returned with the original brand box that was sent to you. (If applicable)
      • The customer will bare the shipping fees for the size exchange if the requested size is available at the seller.
