      Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for due to defected/ not as described in our website items, you may return it to us for a full refund.

      How do I return an item(s)?

      Qomash gives you the option to return defected/not as described in our website item(s)*. Any order that has been shipped, falls within our returnable policy and is within the48 hours limit from the date of delivery, can be filed for return.

      How does it work?

      • Go to "Orders"
      • Click on Return Items on the desired order
      • Select the item (s) from the order you want to return.
      • Select the most appropriate return reason.
      • Submit your return request.
      • Your request will be reviewed by Qomash and you will be notified through email on status of the return request.
      • Alternatively to know about the return request status, you can go to “My Account” ,navigate to “Return Request” to view all your return requests and their statuses.
      • Once the status of the request is accepted, you will be notified with the seller address and you are requested to send back the package through the same carrier company with the original package.
      • Upon receiving the package, your refund will be processed, provided the item was received in the original condition.

      Returns Terms

      • If you have received a defected/not as described in our website item(s). You can return the product as per the Return Conditions mentioned below within 48 hours from receiving the shipment to get a full refund.
      • If you have received a wrong color or different size than what you ordered, defected item, please report it within 48 hours of receiving the order.
      • Retruns and refund and not applicable for refusing to accept a delivery of an order.

      Return Condition

      Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all qomash and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

      Non-returnable items

      You do not have a right to return, replace or exchange items in respect of:

      • Items that have been used or damaged by you or are not in the same condition as you received them.
      • Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
      • items that fall under specific categories, including swimwear, underwear hygiene related and personal care items.
      • Items that are not in original condition and packaging.

      Your Refund:

      • For delivered items, we will refund to you the item amount in full.
      • If the items are defected or not as described on our Site; or
      • If you reason for return is due to an error on our side, such as an error in pricing or description, etc.

      Refund Procedure:

      -Refund as Qomash credit/coupon so you can use it for future orders. Credit/coupon refunds to be proccessed within 2 working days.

      -Refund in bank account within 30 working days.

      Refund Timescale:

      • Your refund will be initiated once your item is received back by the seller and inspected by his team and confirmed that the package is in a good condition, and the final refund will be credited to your credit/debit card, within thirty (30) days from the day on which we receive the product back; or within 2 working days if you wish to be refunded with credit/coupon in
